Established in 2004 Joyce Bros. Canning Emporium endeavors to offer high quality and hard to find canning items.

HOW WE BEGAN

    Tim & Keith Joyce began canning in 2003. Their endeavors were so tasty that requests for their  from friends and relatives grew immensely in just one short year. The brothers soon discovered that canning in large quantities at home had serious storage issues. Attempting to store large quantities of jars required stacking or custom shelves made.

    Stacking jars resulted in the bursting of some jars. Custom shelving would have been costly. We searched for storage crates, similar to the boxes many jars come in. Their search was fruitless. So they endeavored to design and build their own. Thus the Joyce Bros. Canning Crate was born.

    The first crates they designed were without handles but were still popular. After one season of canning it became evident that handles or hand holds of some type were needed. A new design was created. One with handles. They were immensely popular with friends and family and this gave birth to the idea of offering them to the general public. Joyce Bros. Canning Emporium was born.

    These crate have become widely popular within the canning community and the Joyce Bros. have since expanded their endeavors to offer hard to find and unique canning items for use by the home canner. Those items can be found here mixed with many of the everyday needs for the home canner.
